Each semester, I organized for the team at Spa Thémaé Paris , a day of team building , on different themes to unite the team on projects and future goals.Following the success of the accompaniment by Delforge & Co , I called again their services to organize this day of early 2015 on the topic of communication.The whole team has highly appreciated this day , that a management point of view, gave a big boost after a stroke end of a very intensive year 2014, in terms of workload and energy expended by the team.Profits, after this day has been adversely affected lasting several months.What a joy to rediscover a new impetus and share new ideas with his team a big thank you to Valerie and Delforge & Co for this animation!

She gave students real world examples that they could apply in the future as well as her valuable industry predictions for 2016. Valerie and I have been colleagues and friends for over five years, often supporting each other professionally with contacts, expert experience and knowledge. Recently I asked Valerie to draw up a detailed budget forecast for a project I was working on. It was for a new opening in central London and involved a group of non industry investors. As always, Valerie produced an extremely detailed document offering a number of staffing proposals and projections - over a few time periods - with which the investors were very happy and impressed. It was a pivotal document and Valerie’s input freed me up to work on the brand identity, offer and client journey. A consummate professional and veteran of the industry Valerie is a huge asset to any project, with her 360 knowledge of the industry. We have collaborated a number of times and I am always confident that the tasks dedicated to Valerie will be completed with total professionalism and a level of detail only years of hands on experience can garner.
